  I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS BY THIS COMPANY $ ***** PER MONTH.I CONTACTED THEM OVER 2 YEARS AGO AND TOLD THEM TO STOP CHARGING ME AND THEY HAVE NOT! I CAN'T CONTACT THEM BY PHONE,AND THEY DO NOT RETURN E-MAILS

  I feel as such because I never received my refund from JETTY. I was told to reach out to Jetty by the property ****** Apartments of *******************. Then Jetty tells me to reach out to the apartments. Mind you that I NEVER moved into the ****************** at all. It was too much stress to deal with over $23, but it was the principal and integrity or lack there of that was so disgusting to me. So NOOOOOO I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH JETTY!

  You may think that you pay them, so you dont have to pay the property anything when you move out. But this is a scam of a company that pays your bill and then bills you the same amount. Im shocked that it has so many positive reviews. Id never use them and will advise anyone I know to avoid them.

  I used this company when I first moved to my apartment then after my lease was over there was a new management company new lease and new conditions They are not involved in this lease I did all the requirements of the new management ************ was not part of the new lease They are still harassing me and trying to collect money from my account.I did not recommend this company to anyone They will stick to you like glue even if you move out or even renew your lease with a different company as in my case They are not legally responsible for anything and they are not involved with the new lease but they are still trying to collect my money I give them zero rates They are scammers

  This company is still charging me every month it is now April. I move out of my apartment in November. Settled my issues with the apartment complex in court and submitted the request to Jetty with the information asked and no one has gotten back and now they are threatening to submit it to my credit report. AND I NO LONGER LIVE THERE OR USE THE SERVICES.

  I give this scamming company a 0 rating. I used Jetty to move into my apartment in Dec 2022. I was told 712 would need to be satisfied for a deposit. As of Nov 30,2023 my Jetty says my account was cancelled due to a satisfied balance. I am disputing still a Dec 3rd 2023 Jan 3rd and Feb 3rd ********************************************* for. Please stay away from this option because at the end of the day this is not a convenience after all.

  Easy to use and super helpful just make sure to stay on top of stopping the payments after you move out. I had to confirm twice.

  I recently moved out of an apartment that required me to use Jetty for security deposit. From doing an initial review of Jetty to see if it was legit. After all, I had never heard of Jetty before. In there own words Jetty is a 'financial services (firm) built for renters' that is 'on a mission to make renting a home more accessible and affordable'. Jetty says that they are a solutions company, but who are they providing a solution too and what is the real problem that they are addressing? I ended up using Jetty Deposit to cover my security deposit needs. I paid $202 instead of the $1000 security deposit. Now, I owe Jetty $53 as that is what my previous apartment is saying I have in damages. Normally, I would not bat an eye. What is $50??? NO. Under a normal security deposit, the $50 would be pulled out of the $1000 security and you would be reimbursed the $950. So, this only costs $50 over some time. With Jetty, it costs you the price tag on the bond and the cost of the 'damages'.My issue, is that this is all false advertising. They say you are going to save money this way, it's "a no-brainer for smart renters". Well, I am a fool for falling for this. You will lose money with Jetty Deposit and it is an idiotic route to proceed. The solution is for landlords and property management companies. The problem is that landlords don't like when people say that they don't owe them any money & when renters know their rights. Jetty forces the renter's hand and gives all of the financial power to the landlord.If Jetty is your only option for a security deposit, then do not rent from that complex. Before applying to an apartment, make sure they don't use Jetty.

  Jetty is a fraud. Their business model is to defraud people. I moved out of my previous apartment a couple of months ago, and they are still charging me a monthly deposit. I emailed and called them, but I haven't heard anything from them.Do not use this company for your apartment security deposit.

  I applied for Jetty rent, and got approved on 07-27-2023 and the only thing left was for them hold up their end of the application, I even called them for confirmation. fast forward to the day my rent should be paid (09-1-2023) I emailed them to make sure everything was fine. They emailed me to let me know that they terminated my application and that I SHOULD have received an email which I clearly didn't. Just imagine your going through a rough time, you just moved to a new apartment, and you have already made plans only for them to terminate your approved application without you knowing. when I log into my account it still says application complete. nothing on my account says it has been terminated ************ left a bitter taste in my mouth. and I will never use them again. I would tell anyone who are thinking about using them run the other way and never look back. I have attached my reciepts.
