Payment methods
. All payments on Bullion Exchanges website or at their NYC retail store are required to be made by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Bitcoin, bank wire, certified check, personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. For orders over $5,000 it is always recommended to use Direct Bank wire. Cash on delivery orders are not accepted by Bullion Exchanges. Bullion Exchanges reserves the right to cancel orders where payment is not dated within five (5) business days for all bank wire orders and check orders. Your payment must be received by Bullion Exchanges within those five (5) business days in order to guarantee the price that you locked in on weekend, night or holiday. In most cases, if the payment is completed after the allotted time frame, the orders will be denied. If Bullion Exchanges chooses to accept your late payment, a $30 late payment fee will be applied. Bullion Exchanges reserves the right to hold and wait for clearing of all money orders, certified checks, cashier’s checks, or personal checks for up to ten (10) business days prior to shipping out items. Refund and Exchange Policy
Bullion Exchanges provides, to all of its customers, refund, return and exchange policies on all of the gold, silver, platinum and palladium items sold by the company. The right for a return, refund or exchange is limited to seven (7) days from the date to which you received the products from us. To benefit from the above policies, you must notify Bullion Exchanges Customer Service Department at [email protected] within seven (7) business days from the date to which you received the item. Please follow the instructions provided to you, at that time and send your item(s) back to our retail location in NYC’s Diamond District Area at - 32 West 47th Street, Booth 41-46, New York, NY, 10036. Also, keep in mind that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you decide to return your item, you will be fully responsible for all taxes, as well as return, handling and shipping costs. You must make sure to carefully wrap and package the product(s), provide tracking for the shipment and assume the full cost of the return shipping. Bullion Exchanges, LLC reserves the right to reject any returned or exchanged item(s) that do not reasonably conform to the terms listed above. In the event that you request to exchange an item, Bullion Exchanges, LLC expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or, if an acceptable replacement is unavailable, refund your purchase. Bullion Exchanges at its sole discretion reserves the right to reject any exchanges or returns that do not comply with the requirements listed above. Bullion Exchanges will charge  10% of the total purchase price as a restocking fee on all orders which are returned. Also, if returning bullion products, you may be required to pay additional market loss penalties for the returned items at the discretion of Bullion Exchanges, LLC. If market gains incurred on a refund, then those gains shall remain the property of Bullion Exchanges.     "I have done a great deal of business with this company and was very happy with them, recently i purchased a $6500 order, same name, same address, i had a problem with my E mail, so i informed them and they said everything seemed ok, a few days later, they cancelled my order with some silly excuse that they were protecting me as a customer, and they as a business, Mean while i Dont see who there protecting, When i would pick up my order in the past , With the same address, same name, I would have to show state id, So whats the problem ?
