"Came to house to give us a quote came and gave quote. Agreed on work to be done after the next day did not complete all the work said he would be back the following day to finish said work after contacting Him to confirm pricing, he then all of a sudden has a dump fee that he has added on and had said that he told us about the dump fee, but he had not told us about the dump fee." ...
