    Spent all day on hold and no one answers. Im simply a transporter trying to pick up a vehicle to take to the auction and they dont answer. I believe they do this in order to charge the bank more days for keeping the vehicle. Fire whoever answers those phones

    ******* is very rude, making statement you people which has a racist undertone. They hold your vehicle hostage for an extra day refusing to allow you to pick up the vehicle once it is paid for and the release form has been sent by finance company. Then they charge extra fees for the extra dayas of storage. They don't answer the phone and when they do they leave you on hold. This should be criminal what these predatory customers do. They are operating like criminals.

    Come to find out payback repo in doing illegal transactions with non affiliated third party companies, in return they steal property from consumers by accepting contracts. From non affiliated companies with no judicial warrants. This is violation of laws , us codes , and many other consumer protection laws. This company does not deserve a A+. And should be investigated thoroughly.

    This place is horrible just like the lady says below me. Theyre hours are incorrect and they dont answer the phone. You guys need to do something this is ridiculous.

    Hours posted are incorrect. Theyre in the office at 9 but pick up.& hang up.your calls until 10. The girls in the office are nasty and talk down.to you just because you're going through a rough patch. Absolutely no sense of urgency. They don't allow to get your car until.they feel like dealing with you. No consideration of the effects this has on people's lives. 5 minutes of their time to make my appointment would've saved me $300 in transportation costs. As a single.mother that's already struggling, thats detrimental.
