    I had the most hideous experience imaginable with ********'s; I should say that my interactions all took place through its "president" *************************.I shipped a sofa beloved by my little daughter and me alongside ************* Red Velvet Linen fabric. I paid a small fortune for both (***** continued to add on to the original quote). I was returned our beloved sofa, the centerpiece of our small apartment, covered with an ugly, rough corduroy fabric of approximately the same color. I had the swatch from ***** to prove that ***** had not covered my sofa with the beautiful fabric from *****.I had to repurchase fabric from ***** and have the job completely redone by the excellent ***************************** Upholstery.Instead of reimbursing me for the cost of ********'s labor (such as it was) and the ************ he had purloined from me ($4,333)I believe for his personal use or for a personal gift, it was so special, one-of-a-kind, and no longer ******************* chose to fight me in small claims court, where the judge (known broadly for being "lazy") overlooked the evidence of ********* having contaminated my witness from ******** little daughter and I, now with another littler daughter, are financially limited. Redoing this centerpiece to our apartment, where we sit together and read together, was an enormous undertaking for me, logistically and financially.********'s and ************************* in particular turned what should have been a wonderful upgrade to our apartment, something to bring us joy, into one of the most horrid, time-wasting, money-wasting, and anguishing experiences of my life.Never have I dealt with this degree of dishonesty.I'm gratified to hear that BBB will not remove my review at ********'s/********* request. ****** and **** have done so in the past, and I believe there must be other unhappy customers whose experiences have been scrubbed from the internet in order to create a false impression.Do not trust this business; do not trust this man.
