    ****** and his team are top notch. They go above and beyond in every aspect of auto repair. My car was hit and run and ****** and his team worked with the insurance company and the dealership to get everything fixed and despite the insurance company not being as helpful as I would have hoped and the dealership making things difficult, the precision team were reliable at every step. I am extremely grateful for this team and theres no one else I would take my car to. Thank you all for the help despite all the hassles you had to go through!

    Went in for a new bumper (from a small accident) went to pick it up (after a month) and noticed scratches all over my car, dirty interior and a bent rim. Took it a second time for repair, most scratches were removed, however there was noticeable scratches near my rear tire they failed to fix because they tried to tell me they were there. (My car is brand new- 2021) My new bumper was detaching 2 days later (they forgot to put the screws) German and ***** asked me to go back a 3rd time. Needless to say, I declined and took it to another luxury autobody and found out that not only did they forget to correctly attach my new bumper, my scratches near my back tire weren't just ordinary scratches, my car was actually side swiped while in their care and the back bumper had a piece hanging underneath the car indicating the back bumper was actually broken and needed to be repaired. (A new back bumper, that I had to pay out of pocket as the shop didn't accept any responsibility) I reached out to German (the owner) with no response and ***** who responded sarcastically and took no fault for the incident that occurred while my car was with them for a month. (A little bit over after the second time I took it back) I thought both of them were "nice" people, but nice doesn't fix my car or take away from the headache and horrible experience I had with this shop. Beware people, think twice and learn from others experience. Disgusted that I had to experience such low quality, sloppy work from such unprofessional people.

    we are sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations. We Take pride on our work and guarantee it for life time as well. In this case, your insurance took over two weeks to inspect your vehicle and create an estimate. Your vehicle did not have a minor accident. The whole front had to be replaced including bumper, lights, grill, etc. the parts took another week to arrive. Once the insurance estimate and the parts were in the shop our work only took about a week. We fixed everything the insurance paid for and more because You mentioned to ***** that the rear bumper and the rims were scratched by you, and we still helped you remove a lot of the scratches that your vehicle had. We have camaras and take pictures of all the vehicles when we take them in to avoid this kind of situations but in this case, there was nothing we could show you or tell you as you insisted to be discontent with our work and blame us for every scratch. We also waived $700 that you were supposed to pay us for your insurance deductible. All this came out of our pocket. We went to extreme lengths to make you happy and even allowed you to take your car before we had received the complete payment from the insurance which we never do but we realized that no matter what it was going to be impossible to meet your expectations. We fix hundreds of vehicles from Lamborghinis, rolls ***** to taxis and we never have these kinds of problems. We have years of experience in this industry and its unfortunate that occasionally we are faced with allegations like this one.
