      I purchased a full, beautiful, and colorful size large bouquet for a friend who lost her dad, and she received a pathetic arrangement. There was a lot of ugly greenery with not alot of colorful, beautiful flowers, and it was not full at all. What a disappointment and I feel tricked. I spent $75 with tax and received way beneath that value wise. Will not trust this company ever again. I don't live in the city or state my friend lives in so used this route for ease of ordering and thinking they were a reputable company.

      If I could leave less than one star, I would. My last two orders were a DISASTER. I sent a Christmas plant to my son's friend's parents that hosted them for Christmas. The plant was crooked and scrawny looking NOTHING like the plant in the photo. Then I sent a Mother's Day plant to a client and friend of mine that had just lost her husband and it was damaged. They said they would resend the item but she never got it. When I contacted them again, they said they did not show a redelivery but would process one. When she finally got the redelivery it was crushed to the point of being ridiculous. They said they would reship it, but at this point it is an embarrassment. I asked for a refund and they will only give me half "because they shipped an order". Well, true, but it is a crushed container and plant that is unusable. I really want a full refund and a refund of my Passport membership.

      STAY AWAY FROM 1800 FLOWERS! Placed the order a few weeks out for Mother's Day. Was looking for a particular type of arrangement and 1 800 flowers had them. Ample lead time, selected Saturday - Sunday delivery; knowing Mother's day is probably crazy busy. Received an email confirming my order, my card was even charged for the order. However; the arrangement never arrived at the front door that weekend, not even during the following week. During all of this my online order status still shows, "confirmed". What's worse is that when I went to the website to try to contact customer service, the site prompted me that I can request somebody to reach out to me, this never happened. They seem to make it poignantly difficult to find a number to contact their customer service. I should have heeded the warning and never gone with ***** Flowers that begin with.

      I got stuck with a bill of $96 for flowers for Mother's Day that never arrived yet say, "delivered" according to their tracking. My security camera say otherwise. Don't use this scam of a company.

      My son ordered Fruit Bouquet for a surprise Mothers Day delivery. Nothing was delivered. Next morning at 5:30am product was found sitting on front steps. No bell ring/door knock alerting us of delivery. I was extremely disappointed with the product and for my son who spent $$ and sent it thinking Id be delighted. The Ediable bouquet looked nothing like the product on the website. It was condensation saturated, manhandled, unprofessionally made, and visually unappealing. I would not trust eating any of it. I called customer service and explained the issue. They offered only 50% refund or a new delivery. They would not do 100% refund which I wanted. They could do 100% if my son called but due to the time consuming process he was unable make a call. I settled for new delivery and was told it would come from a different supplier (which they could not disclose name or location) and I would receive a phone call to notify me when delivery was being made.Waited all day for call/delivery - nothing. Check outside after 6pm and product was sitting on front steps in 80degree weather. Again, no ring of door **** or knock on door. Product looked exactly like the 1st received - horrible. Completely unacceptable product for human consumption and looks to come from same supplier. Id like to warn other consumers that quality of Fruit Bouquets is nothing like items showed on website nor are they worth the cost. Very unprofessionally created and worst part is supplier thinking its acceptable to drop perishable product at door with no delivery notification/human acceptance of delivery. The one star given to for customer service person who took my call and arranged the re-delivery.

      The flowers arrived on time but started to **** the next day. The instructions were followed for cutting and feeding but the flowers did not last more than a few days. Two of the Lilies never opened just turned brown. I do not recommend ordering flowers to be delivered from a nation wide company. Stick to your local hometown florist. The flowers will last way longer.

      Worse experience ever. Ordered bridal bouquet for my self to be delivered 1 day prior to wedding. On that day I reached out to the to make sure its coming. Got a texting with customer service confirming ********************** will arrive before 8 pm. On 8:05 pm got email that they unable to deliver. Called customer support and they said the reason because there are no flower shops around me . REALLY? And you know that on the night before my wedding. I had to scramble around on my wedding day to find a florist who can get a bridal bouquet on the same day. Unbelievable! Horrible , unreliable. Company. Do NOT USE!!!!!

      Ive been a loyal 1-800-Flowers customer for over six years, regularly placing orders for Mothers Day, funerals, and just because moments. Sadly, this recent experience has left me questioning whether Ill ever use the service again.A close member of our church family experienced a sudden loss, and I ordered sympathy flowers as Ive done in the past. Despite receiving a delivery confirmation, the grieving family never received the flowers. I contacted customer service and a replacement was arrangedbut that order also failed to arrive.When I called to request a refund for the $184.02 I spent, the initial offer was only $20, which was both insulting and baffling. After pressing the issue, I was told Id receive around $70, which only added to the frustration. Eventually, the representative assured me a full refund would be processed on May **** May 7, there was no refund. I called again and was told to check with my bank (which had no record of it), and was promised a follow-up email confirming the refund. It is now May 15still no email, no refund.Whats even more concerning is that I had always trusted delivery confirmations in the past. But now Im left wondering how many of my previous funeral orders actually made it to their destination.Mistakes happenbut the level of mismanagement, lack of accountability, and poor communication over a single order has completely shattered my trust. This isnt just about flowers; its about showing care and respect in sensitive moments. And on this occasion, 1-800-Flowers failed entirely.Until the refund is issued and service expectations are addressed, I can no longer recommend this company to anyone.

      This has been hands down the worst experience Ive ever had ordering anything.I ordered flowers for my mom on May 9th to be delivered for Mothers Day. I got both an email and text confirming they were deliveredbut they werent. Then, without asking, they rescheduled delivery for Tuesday, May 13th, and did the exact same thingsaid they were delivered, but they never showed ***** mom lives about three hours away, and since I couldnt be there in person, I just wanted to send her something special. Thanks to this company, she got nothing for Mothers Day. I even paid extra for holiday delivery and never got any update that theyd be late. So I paid over $100 for flowers and services not received. Ive now spoken to five different customer service ***** and all Ive asked for is a full refund. Each one takes at least 30 minutes to respond to say they cant help me then the chat disconnects and I have to start all over again. This whole thing is ridiculous. Ill never order from this company again and will share this experience on every social platform.

      No vocoder my product was late then delivered days later and product not all there try get in contact for refund no one contact back I called person said nothing they can do and I paid alot for this this bull c*** I never order from them again I give a negative stars if I coukd
