    This is the biggest piece of junk. They would not refund my money fora product that has only worked for 2 months out of the 5 I have owned it for. **************** is absolutely terrible, they take up to 2 days to email you back, and never answer their phone. I had to do all the repairs myself. This company is a joke.

    ******** product, bad company. Pump failed within eight months and we only have used it for 2 to 3 months during the summer months. The company was able to send a new pump. However, the liner started separating and bubbling up within a year and they have not replaced it stating that it is out of the warranty. We have now had the hot tub for two years and used it for about five months and, the whole liner is separated throughout making product unusable, horrible product , do not buy !

    ******** experience with this company. Purchased our wave spa one year and 2 months ago. Motor went out about 6 weeks ago about a month out of warranty. Liner started bubbling about 3 months ago. We knew we weren't going to be able to get the liner warrantied out But we're hopeful since it was only about a week and a half out of warranty that we would be able to get the motor replaced. Or honestly, even if we could just talk to someone and figure out our options. But no. There are no real people on the lines. There is absolutely zero real people on the customer service side of things. All virtual assistants. Opening a claim with BBB. Do not buy.

    Wish I never traded here, they locked me out of my account and wouldn't let me withdraw the $200k I invested. It was really hard, I couldn't maintain my mortgage and had to sell my house. But with help from a Professional, I was able to get back mymoney.     I am having a horrible time with this company. I purchase a new hot tub and the heater never worked. I know got the below message. I didnt keep the box (assumed I would be getting a good product) and if I dont follow these orders I wont get a replacement. This was supposed to be a treat for my family for the summer. We havent been able to use it and I have been spending my time writing back and forth with the horrible costumer service. Really dissapointed. Word to the wise. Keep your boxes so you can return this horrible product as soon as you get.Please pack up your unit following the *** guidelines below. Once you have done this, please kindly send me an image of the package ready for return: SHIPPING INFORMATION 1. The heater unit MUST be returned in the box it was shipped in or a similar, secure box. Ensure it is well packaged, not damaged, and kept dry as any physical damage to the unit is not covered under the warranty.2. Send the heater unit ONLY. Keep the spa body, pipes/connectors/spare parts with yourself.3. The packaging needs to be correctly fitted around the heater unit as you received it to avoid any damage.4. Ensure the foam is the right way round, do not fit it incorrectly as this could potentially damage the heater unit.5. Failure to follow the steps above will invalidate the warranty as the heater unit could incur additional damage whilst in transit.6. Please leave a note inside the box with your name and full address with a brief description of the suspected fault.7. If you have changed your address since your original delivery date, please notify customer services via email before you request the collection. Please also include the word "COLLECTION," or "RETURN LABEL," in your email, so I can arrange your preferred return method. Once I have the above information/image requested, I will start the return process as soon as possible.

    Terrible customer service...purchased their Swift Rigid Tub and did end up receiving it months later which was ridiculous. The liner began separating its layers literally within 30 days of the warranty period ending. Trying to contact them became what seemed like a game, really a red flag they have no phone number you can call. Anyway, after much back and forth, and persistence on my end because these people do not respond to you the first time you email them, end up being told they have replacement liners for warranty customers, but not one they could sell me to repair my tub. Are you kidding me? So in other words your out what you paid if something goes wrong once the warranty period ends. So basically this tub goes for **** dollars now and it's a 6 month hot tub. Absolutely insane. You have been warned, while the tub was enjoyable for a short time, once the warranty period ends and it goes bad your *******. They won't do anything to help you fix it, and I wasn't trying to get it done for free. Was willing to pay for a new liner but they refused to sell me one.

    Horrible company to deal with. 1) Was over a month late and kept getting the run around. Multiple emails sent, kept getting excuses.2) Finally after 60-days they shipped the product and it got lost but could not provide tracking 3) Shipped again to the wrong address, called them on it had no shipping information 4) Asked them to refund said they had to pick up the package they shipped to the wrong location first.5) They picked up and I asked to refunded, they said I needed to provide a tracking number for the package they solely arranged to be picked up.6) Over a week went by and asked for refund, said they wanted to have a call with me, I said no. Refund me.7) Days go by said they couldnt refund until they confirmed they had the package and because I didnt have THEIR tracking information couldnt process it.8) Told them to go pound sand, filed a claim with my credit card and an writing this warning to everyone. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!
