    I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred this morning at your gas station. Around 5 AM, I found myself in urgent need of gas, with my sick father in the car who requires dialysis.

    When I arrived, I knocked multiple times on the door, but I noticed an employee hiding behind the register. After several knocks, I saw him run into the bathroom. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also concerning given my situation as a customer in need.

    As a homeowner in this area, I expect better service and professionalism from your establishment. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and address it appropriately.
