    1 star ratings? Really? They always processes my packages I get from *****. I'm also very happy with Fast Track Express. I never had any problems getting anything from AliExpress through them as the packages always arrived in about ************************ ********, ** from *****. I think most of the delays that occur are because of customs at ***. This company keeps trying to get the packages into and out of customs and it's not their fault for customs delays.     I wouldn't even give 1 star. I ordered a jersey for my son for superbowl. I assumed the company scammed me but turns out we're waiting over 3 weeks because of Fast Track Express. It was just sitting in their building going from one area to the next and getting rescanned....for weeks??? We aren't getting it until the possibly the 20th of February. I never splurge on items, we are limited on cash, and this was supposed to be a happy surprise for him. Super annoyed at this c*** hole company.

    I had ordered a pretty necklace for a birthday gift for February 15, 2024. The order shows very, very little info that the necklace was picked up, with a time & NO location identified, on Feb.5. After that all it does is show repetition of it leaving and arriving at the facility that has NO LOCATION IDENTIFICATION. I made numerous calls and I was able to get the information from ****** and **** that the carrier facility was actually located in Jamaica, **. It is still in ******* today, Feb. 12. It surprised me and really ****** me off when I went to my GPS and found out that the facility is a mere 90 miles from my home. That's a mere 90 to 105 minute ride for delivery. It is now 3 1/2 days since I have received a delivery update about my order leaving the facility AGAIN. And almost 36 hours since it left the facility AGAIN on the same day. This company provides the absolutely WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in many years of doing ALL of my merchandise purchasing on line. My purchases do include everything from many gifts, foods, medications, hair, cosmetic and beauty supplies, jewelry, clothes and accessories, undies, shoes, suitcases, paper goods, inks, many toys, bikes, go carts, electric kids cars and holiday items. Also pool items, batteries, electronic items, all high tech items from small i-pads to computers to cell phones to cameras and to very large TV's. I could go on and on with that list of items that I have ordered and I can honestly say I have never had the same unbelievably, extremely poor, dissatisfying results with the delivery service of any of my purchases that were made. I will make it a point to NEVER EVER USE anything associated with this company again and I am highly recommending to everyone to AVOID *********** and Fast Track Express also. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND GIVING THEM A ONE STAR IS GIVING THEM TOO HIGH A RATING. *****

    My package has been at FastTrack since 2/6/2024. Tracking still saying its waiting for **** to pick up item. How long does it take for **** to pick up from FastTrack? I will never order from Modlilly again!!

    Tracking info for my package has gone back and forth from the same facility for multiple days in a row and now hasnt updated in 3 days and **** still doesnt have the package. I used TikTok shop to order and they auto generated a fake tracking number to make it appear to be in ***************** when it wasnt. Who knows if my package is even actually on the way or if I got scammed

    My package arrived at Fastrack on January 8 since then it has been in route back-and-forth to **** and then back to Fastrack. It is now January 29 and they are saying that my package is still being awaited for by ****. I ordered this package as a gift and I was expecting that it would be here way before now, this is by far the worst service ever they should not be called fast track. They should be called slow track.

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Ederop on November 16, 2023. I corresponded through emails with Ederop from November 2023 until January ****, being assured i would receive my packages. They have been in Jamaica **, Fast Track Express *** partner facility since November and still there. I was told by ****** they tried to get my order pushed but couldn't so they are still in Jamaica ** and I'm just out of luck.

    sure wish i would have read these review before i ordered, same thing ordered on the 26th of Dec and still waiting for it to move...
