    bought a shipping label to send for a package the label got returned to them label was not used was sent for something i was buying was sent in an envelope and envelope got returned tuesday. Now they will not refund the shipping label money that i paid for. label I was to send the label we guessed about how much it weighed #50lb they said if it was too much they would refund it back the difference well the letter never got delivered because the guy who i was sending it to did not give me the right addresses it was a scam.so it was in staten island ny ups store for a few days.so they had it sent back. so since it came back i can not get my refund .
