One of the ************* Ive ever dealt with. And ******* joined their deception train. I ordered a 12 inch *********, subwoofer and amp for my son. It was dry, rotted and broken upon receiving it. It also smelled like it had been in a fire. I contacted the company And they told me to open it up and check the ohms. Are you kidding me right now is what I said. They responded well if you dont wanna do that we can send you new stuff to put in it as if Im an electrician or whatever it is needed to put in a system or even to open something like that up. It was a brand new item and the last resort was send it back to us pay the shipping and well fix it. Seriously on a brand new item. Ive already paid for. I have to pay return shipping on a brand newsubwoofer that weighs a ton. He told me if I didnt like the options that that was just tough. So I contacted ******* and they pretty much told me the same thing. Then I contacted my credit card company. When my credit card company contacted ******* they denied ever hearing from me. It took the Better Business Bureau and six months to get my $220 back. They told me to keep the subwoofer after it was all set and done. My son opened it after everything was final, and the speakers inside were dry rotted, and there was plastic pieces all inside the subwoofer box. This company is still selling their product on ******* and I left a review and guess what my review isnt on the site. They have like s 4.2 star rating and that is just ridiculous. They shouldnt be allowed to do business ever. Liars and thieves.Review fromPaul B

Unbelievable. I purchase for the goverment for 3 different departments. One of them wanted to order speakers and stands from here, got qoute and was told tax exempt was gtg. When i called to place the order i changed the shipping address to the location i was purchasing for and they said they would have to resend to finance to reapprove the tax exempt. 14 days later and 5 phone calls still no approval. Like it is uncommon to shipn to a different location from where the billing address is. No one can ************ they say they dont take calls. My fiscal year is ending and this item is now going to be a missed purchase. Every time i call they said someone will call me back, no one ever has. This is absolutely crazy. I had to send one back because it wasnt working on may 17th. It is now 5/24 and I still do not have my replacement. They said 3-5 days. Well its been longer than that. When I called to schedule the return it was very easy and was told I should have one back in a week. Nope! That did not happen. When I called to find out where it was they said they was behind and there was nothing they could do. I asked for an inconvenience rebate and they rejected it. When you call and talk to someone in customer service they have very little knowledge of what they are selling or the status of orders. I would not recommend purchasing from them.Review fromRich M

Incompetent morons. I ordered (4) white rockville tower speakers Received (3) white ********* tower speakers and (1) wood tone ********* tower speaker They want me to pay $50. ( warranty say shipping back to them is my expense ) to ship back speaker for there mistake. ********* speakers are great I ordered 1(1) white tower speaker direct from ********* web site and Received white speaker with no problems I plan on buying (3) more wood tone to match the one audiosaving mistakenly sent me I ll buy it directly from rockville web site and not from audiolsavingReview fromAmanda G

This place should be shut down! I sent a amp back bc it was no good, they told me they would send me out a new amp once the old one was returned. Waited weeks to get that one after numerous emails and them saying they were testing my amp and any other lie they could say. Well the new amp came (which was one they had worked on, and was not new) and that one didn't work at all, so I sent it back. Well now after almost 2 months I'm still waiting on a refund. I was told 3 to 5 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks after they recieved the second amp back and I still haven't received my money back. When I email them they take days to respond and just keep blowing me off saying my money is coming. I didn't know a return takes so long I think they are stealing people's money. Do not buy from rockville audio bc this is who you will have to deal with and they are liars and scammers. They should be shut down. Wish I could post all 30 emails where they are telling lies constantly!!Review fromClint

Hassle free returns is a lie. Charging me shipping to return item that was wrong size. Will pay more money elsewhere for better service. Don't fall for the low price, hassle free advertising pay more elsewhere and avoid this company's HASSLES. Now my unopened box of stuff I paid to ship back. I wait for them to inspect to give me my money instead of a simple exchange for the right size item. Way to make it as "hassle free" on me audioripoffAudio Savings, Inc.

If the item you choose is more or less money we will work out the price difference with you. The customer is responsible to ship the item back to us. I was wrong, but this is still a problem for me. I ordered a new item from this company on **** in the past 3 months and they have a 100% satisfaction gaurantee or money back on **** only. My mistake to go strait to audiosavings site thinking I would receive the same service as on ****. I guess they like paying the **** costs more than helping the customers who were trying to cut out one of the middle men for saving on both ends. MY BAD, SORRYAudio Savings, Inc.

Hello, The same applies to all of our stores not just ***** You returned your item and a refund (money Back) was promptly issued to you. I am not understanding perhaps what difference in policy you believe to be true between out stores in regards to returning an item for a full refund. Our policies are the same across all of our sites. Again we are sorry if this is not clear for you or you find one of our stores easier to order from then another. However it is also why we choose to sell on many stores front's outside of our home site like ***** ******, etc so our customers can freely choose the store they are happiest ordering from.Review fromTroy T
