    AWFUL. My son picked this out for his birthday present over the summer. I ordered it 2 weeks before his birthday THIS AUGUST. It is October 20 and we have still not gotten it! Their customer service said there was an issue with our address. We double checked the order, the address was CORRECT. After that email, they have not returned a single email or explained why we haven't gotten it. We were scammed, and I'm so frustrated! I also think they ripped off my debt card because there was fraud on it and I just got a new card.

    90sTimeMachine is a seller through TikTok that supposedly delivers custom cassette tapes, as well as as cassette players, and even custom DIY kits to make your own mixtapes.
    I say supposedly, because I ordered from them on October 16th, was told 2-4 weeks for shipping, and then nothing. I did not received any updates and no one reached out.
    I'm a fairly easy-going person with delays in my orders, and understanding that it is a small business, but I genuinely think these people are ripping customers off. I have not seen a single indication that they have actually delivered any of their products to anyone. But they still manage to post on TikTok regularly, and have even started a vlog on how they're doing business, all while still not delivering orders.
    This is beyond frustrating, as this idea in concept is not a bad one, which is why I ordered from them in the first place.
    The order I made was supposed to be a Christmas present as well, and now there is no way of it getting to the person I ordered it for in time.
    Do not order from this company. And please do not be ignorant like I was and give them the benefit of the doubt. These people keep advertising more and more when they have not delivered on orders from months ago. They keep making promises they are never going to deliver on. Please do not waste your time and money with them.
