    I have been renting from this establishment since they opened back in 2009 or so. You would think i would be grandfathered in by now. They charge you a late fee of $50 or greater if the payment is not paid by the 5th. Then on the 30th day they tag on a LIEN fee of $125. That's absurd when they charge you for the next month on the 1st as if nothing has changed.This only makes it harder for the owner to get ahead of the balance. This is a horrible way to take advantage of consumers. Then they raise the fee EVERY YEAR!!!! Sending random notices 2 weeks before the year ends. Myself and others will be bringing a class action lawsuit against their predatory practices.Only reason there is a star here is because I couldn't move on to the next page with out rating them.
