    I place an order on May 31st they told me the order would arrive on June 7th, the delivery date changed to 8th, today is the 12th I just got a notification that the package is delivered. However, the package was not received, no package was delivered. The package was send by *** then according to the shipment it was send over to ***** I called both *** & USPS, the companies could not find any shipment with the tracking numbers. I spend $110.00. I am not the only customer they have done this to, how can they allow to stay in business and continue to defraud their customers without any repercussions.

    No Delivery or Communication I placed an order on February 20th and the order was supposed to go out March 6th, I believe the next shipment stated. Ive been checking the status and it remains unfulfilled. I left messages via their website contact page as well as my personal email address and no one has responded. My order was $41.95 and I wanted to give the tea a try. Im not satisfied with the service and will not be purchasing again. I never experience anything like this.

    if i could give 0 stars i would. flat tummy tea sent me soon expiring products powder shakes that smelled horrible and looked old. I was shocked & i quickly contacted flat tummy tea company and told them that i want to return their products for my money back. i sent them pictures also of their crumpled old looking strawberry powder shake that smelled horrible that they sent to me. flat tummy tea pretended like it looks like a normal shake powder and they said that's how their shake powder looks. so i went to my credit card company to complain about this and opened a case to return the products to get my money back, but someone at my credit card company received a policy paper from flat tummy tea saying that they don't do returns or refunds. That's not fair or just, they sent these bad products and they should be liable for their actions! they should have returned their not fresh products that they sent to me, and i should have gotten my refund for over the $100! ... i was not surprized to see that they have an F grade on BBB and over 132 complaints filed against them.. and how many more were wronged but did not file a complaint, i wonder!! ... where is the fairness and equality!... flat tummy tea should not send old shakes to people, its a shame! ...
