    We hired them June of 2023 for an architectural survey for the property we own. They told us it would take 2-3 weeks after the site visit to complete the survey. After over 2 months of contacting them via email and phone with no reply (we paid the first half upon retaining them), I called again late September and ******* Brabazon answered the phone. Not only was she abrasive and unwilling to assist but she yelled at me and tried to manipulate the situation by stating I must have been contacting someone else (absolute craziness). I then provided screenshots of the email to their new email to which she stated (in writing) that after July 1st they no longer used that email but were able to monitor it. Needless to say, the crazy continued when she further berated me after I sent her screenshots of the email replies that she herself replied to after July 1st (6 total email replies including confirmation of the date they did the site visit on July 21st). They clearly forgot about us and sent their field crew on 09/20/2023 and my husband and I went outside to say hello and offer water and ask what else they were doing (we have cameras surrounding our entire property and so do each of our neighbors with visual and audio footage of the encounter which was a good encounter after all its not their fault ******* is doing this to a customer). ******* emailed us stating that we verbally harassed her and her crew which I found almost funny because well I guess she doesnt realize video and audio footage was taken via home cameras. Honestly, all she had to do was not yell at a paying customer and be rude and apologize for forgetting about us for over 2 months. I asked to speak to anyone but her every time and she bullied us and would not let us. I would never recommend this business again because of the way they conduct their business and how horrible ******* was to us. Someone get her some help and training in client relations. Please reach out if you need videos and emails.
