    Matrix is a Total Nightmare!!!! They keep changing case managers they give conflicting information they refuse to handle my case correctly and does not return calls I HATE this company and wish my employer would switch to a Better company that knows how to do the job!!

    I have been on short-term twice now because my job cant accommodate my restrictions and it has been a nightmare dealing with this company. I see why businesses hire them because they seem to do everything in their power to ignore or make getting assistance a ******. I feel hurt and discarded due to shady communications and the constant asking of notes and letters that I keep updating them on. Even after telling them about my mental health stuff as well and saying how hard this is being on me. I feel like I'm drowning to get help from a program my job uses to so call take care of us. This business needs an overhaul or something to make this a better and easier experience.
