    Ordered and received a brand new fire pit 24" H x 30" W Steel Propane Outdoor Fire Pit by Endless Summer-made by Mr. Bar-B-Q from *******. Upon completion of assembly and attempt at first use when going to turn Control **** on and pushing to light it was apparent that the **** was faulty and stripped. Without a working k*** the entire unit and fire pit is worthless. I contacted them directly as instructed in the manual that came with the product and was told that I needed to send an email with the ticket # given by the customer service woman I spoke to with a copy of my receipt so that i could receive a new k*** I did just that and this was the response........Hi, Thank you for getting in touch with us but unfortunately as of the moment we no longer process warranty claim for ******* and you may need to directly contact them. Thank you! Regards, ******* *.Customer Service Representative ********************** p: a: *************************************************************** MrBarBQProducts.com I now have a completely useless and worthless product with the key component that is not only defective for crucial to safe operation. As this is the control mechanism for the propane and I would think that safety would be their number 1 Priority on addition to be able to operate the product correctly and safely. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS MANUFACTURER

    I purchased a Firepit Model number GAD1429SP. I had my plumber look at it - getting gas from the tank and supply line with regulator. It will not light with ignitor or lighter. I called and after a few minutes was told to call back by their recording or go to their website. I did and got an error message when I tried to communicate with them (tried 3X) - did all I can do and cannot get in contact with the company. So... now I have a product that is unusable. It was highly rated and now I can see it is a farce. NO customer support nor do they value me as a customer or my time. I guess I by ANOTHER one from a dealer locally so I could Possibly get service, what a joke.
