    JJ R&S entered into a contract which required it to provide a 1 year warranty on work or materials found to be defective. Not less than three weeks after JJ R&S completed the work, gutters were falling off the house and not draining properly, siding was falling off the house, shingles were falling off the roof, and the brand new porch was warping. The door and storm door were also not installed properly. We had to ask JJ R&S to fix the work pursuant to the warranty it agreed to over 10 times. JJ R&S responded unprofessionally and never showed up to fix the defects. We had to hire a new contractor to fix the work and pay for it all over again. Not reliable, not polite and not professional.

    I thought the service and the final results was outstanding I couldn't be any happier this company is very polite and professional I would highly recommend them outstanding work I wouldn't hire anybody else
