    Hatch Building was contracted by me for do a large project at my house (92,000). It took him several months to show up, there was lift equipment in my yard for several months before he and his crew showed up. At one point the equipment company put a lien on my property because he did not pay them. He never finished the project and did not leave the materials so I could contact a different contractor to get the job completed. Ultimately it cost me an additional $15,000 to finish the project. After consulting with an attorney, I was told that it would cost me an additional $2,500 to even get him into court and because everything he owned was in the incorporation I would not be able to get the money back that I had to pay out to get the job done. It took several months to get the lien off my property and the work that was completed was subpar and very shoddy. I had to have the Code officer tell him things that needed to be done and several places he cut corners to save himself money and time. His company has also had several judgements due to unpaid items at the local clerks office.
