    Although not all the products I bought were of great quality, the shipping was fast and customer service excellent in answering the questions I had before purchasing. The prices are superb, and the stainless steel cooling rack and silicone spatula, both made in Italy, are of very high quality and absolutely worth it just to get them. I will be returning all the other items because although the listings say they are from Italy and one from Japan, none of the tags on those items actually says that and the quality on them feels much cheaper, like they are now no longer made in Italy or Japan. I would stick to those two items and steer clear away from most of the other items. They also sent two of the same items and sent the wrong item. I have no doubt that they will address all my concerns with the order and that I will walk away satisfied with the outcome.
