    I am a resident of the riverspointe apt complex - I pay over **** per month for my 1 bedroom and when asked to have yearly painting updates after being here more than 7 years the company refused as well as not repairing major washer /dryer units on the weekends and not responding to on call service - *********** still has not addressed interior bldg cleaning issues and allows dogs and smokers for most buildings which in turn require more in depth cleaning of walls rugs and elevators. There are security issues of residents moving in and out propping open doors and bldg has a constant wet dog smell. I will be looking for another residence soon and would not recommend this to others.
