    Simons Heating and Cooling serviced my furnace which was not working . Zach Long the technician diagnosed the problem almost immediately and corrected the problem. I am completely satisfied with his work and with Simons Heating and Cooling. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. 5 stars all the way.

    Simon’s heating and cooling serviced my generator yesterday. Ken C**** did the work. Simons always does a thorough yearly service, and the generator has always functioned well during the many outages we have here in northern New York. Thank you!

    I had a ******** 36,000 BTU Split-type Heater/Air Conditioner installed by **** ******* and an electrician. They did an awesome job. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation also included electrical wiring from the fuse box to the unit, along with electric wire guard covers. The unit worked perfectly by the time they were done. I was also very surprised that they cleaned up the entire area and removed all of the trash and large boxes that came with the inside and outside unit. Highly recommended!

    We called Simon's Heating and Cooling to ask a question about an air conditioner unit for the window. Within a few minutes we purchased what we wanted and within a 1/2 hr.. the unit was installed.l The guy who installed it was informative and pleasant and polite. We are more than grateful that it took no time at all and we had it installed. With the upcoming heat wave ,, we will be comfortably cool , and grateful.

    Our Furnace died on the coldest weekend of this January (wind and single digit temps). Cameron came to try to get us heat Friday night but the master circuit board could not be resuscitated and would not allow either the furnace or heat pump to work. He worked on it till 11pm and then rounded up space heaters to keep the house from freezing. He and Don worked thru the weekend to make sure we had a furnace available and a team to put it in on Monday. The install team did an outstanding job of getting the new furnace in and working with our heat pump and we had heat by dinner. Simons has always been great to us and they all went the extra mile. Would and have recommended them to friends! Great Local Company!

    had my oil furnace checked by another service company because it kept stopping intermittently and couldn't depend on it. they checked it and said it needed replacing. was told to fix it would cost almost as much to put in a new one. got ahold of Simons Heating and Cooling. the tech who worked on it was Ken C. he came and checked it and put on some new parts and did a good cleaning and adjusted a few things that other furnace guys had not done properly. he came on a tuesday and this is sunday and the furnace is operating perfectly. no problems. excellent job. very happy.

    John started things with a visit to evaluate my needs for a heat pump system in my home. Jacob and Mike started the installation of a heat pump + Mini-splits, and had a couple others helping with the heat pump power and finishing the next day. Two days, and I have a great system for heating AND cooling my home. Everyone were professional and courteous, and clearly competent. Thanks you, all.

    From talking to Tammy in the office to dealing with Zach and Don, this business should be cloned and their customer service and execution is amazing I feel fortunate to be an annual maintenance customer and based on their professionalism in the installation of a hybrid hot water heater I’m now considering having them do additional work. So happy I’m their customer!
