On 1/16/24 I asked Interstate heating to come take a look at my property in Binghamton because the heating in one of the two units was not working. They claimed the boiler needed a cleaning and did the work. That did not fix the problem. When they left my other tenant notified me that the water to the sink and tub had been left on. Interstate heating left me water on in the bitter cold and it flowed over to the sink and flooded the wood in the bathroom. It also froze. The valves and handles were broken because of the water and I had to bring a plumber to install valves and stop the water. Turned into a big headache and big problem. This was all due to interstate heating and their carelessness and damage to my property. Will never call them again and hope no one does either.

We were called out for a second opinion on a boiler that would not stay running long. The technician went out and he performed a full cleaning on the boiler. The boiler continued to run intermittently and the technician diagnosed a bad control board. The customer was given the price for the board and he chose not to go with our company. I spoke with the technician that came to the house and he states he was directed to go into the side door, which goes directly to the basement. He never went upstairs into the apartment and never used a bathroom. I am very sorry to hear about the hardships you are going through.
