    On Aug 10, 2022 *** sent a worker and his wife to install a new spring for our garage door which broke a week earlier. The couple rushed through the job in 45 minutes. *** came to collect fee when they were finished. We paid him the total amount for the job but noticed a hole in the wall right above the spring. *** said his team did not do it but we have the pictures that showed there was no hole before they arrived. There was also a mess left of screws and grease on the walls which we had to clean up. Finally, the left side of the garage door does not close all the way down allowing bugs and cold and hot air in the garage. We followed up the next day 8/11/2022 and *** said he would come back to straighten it out. He never showed. We followed up again on 8/25/2022 and he said he would come to adjust door 8/28/2022 but he did not show again. We have before and after pictures that clearly show the damage as well as the door not closing all the way. As of 9/5/2022 there has been no follow up from him. We paid *** in full that day. On numerous phone calls and texts, *** agreed the door should close all the way down. *** also said it was an easy fix yet he never came back.We paid for a job that was not done correctly and the owner *** has not come back to finish it.***** in **********, **
