I submitted my sample on December 9th, 2024. Still nothing has changed on the results page. The main frustration is the complete and total lack of communication or transparency from the company despite a request for an update. Just about any communication about the delays, setbacks, etc. would at least provide reason why the kit processing consitpation is occurring, but so far radio silence. Not a great strategy to keep customers. Lying to customers with a 14, 16 or even 20 week time frame is fraudulent at this point.

It may be too soon to review but after 14.5 weeks no results. I see they suggest to the general public results may be in about 12 to 14 weeks. Nobody has results that are ready in 12 to 14 weeks! This is pretty much false advertising. I think they need to say, we will have your results ready in about 18 to 24 weeks which I have heard online from others complaints is more realistic. They have however, sent me very nice cordial replies to my concerns. They seem professional and friendly, but do not look for results that are in a typical process pattern. They take advantage of the lay mans ignorance in the *** extraction process, often citing different steps and different information to different people. There is no consistency in product step completion descriptions. For example some are listed as in second sequencing and others get told they are in bioinformatics control checks. They turn a simple straight answer about how long you can really expect to wait into a convoluted system all designed to sell extra products by promising results too soon in the first place. It leads to a feeling of a lack of transparency. Its sort of like hiring a bad realtor but the house is your ***. They always say that leads and promising things are coming up but you never really know what is going on. Finally you ask you bank to reverse the charges at about 20 weeks from what I have heard. Better go with someone else and save yourself the frustration. They think customers are frustrated from the lack of speed when its actually from a lack of verifiable transparency. I am disappointed.
