    Guy said to be at his business at 6pm I live 45 minutes away from there. I drove there and 15 minutes before I got there he texted and said I leave at 3. So he wasted my time and money. Then I leave a review on Google and he lies and replies nobody from that business texts customers and his hours are clearly stated they aren't open at 6pm. Well I have the texts that they do text customers from that business. This guy is a terrible person who must think it's funny to waste people's time and money.

    We are very sorry for any miscommunication. We did respond to a message asking when an item could be picked up. We stated the address as well as, phone number and hours, which stated 10 to 3. If you read the message, you will see "looks like 6 to me" was in response to another message. We stated the following:
    "*** ******** ** ****** ** ***** MON - FRI 10-3 ************ **"
    Following this correspondence, we received vulgar and belligerent messages that are completely uncalled for and just should not be tolerated.
    We do care about customer's time and money and would hope a little patience would be allowed and everyone accepts their part in miscommunications. We could have explained the hours more clearly, but did provide them.
