    The worst company EVER! Shien uses them and they steal your package! Class lawsuit needs to be filed! Low life thiefs! Have stole 2 packages! Stating it had a customer signature but took a picture of a closed front office building! You call them and they just lie out their mommas mouth!

    They the worst ever I had to deal with cant speak to a higher up manager supervisor or anything to resolve any issue. They dont call you when they arrive with your package or you will not know exactly when it will arrive they always say within 3 business days and it could come the 1st day and would never know

    This company attempted delivery of my item on 4/27/25, but apparently couldn't gain entry to the building (it was a Sunday). Instead of reattempting delivery, they marked it as an incorrect address. On 4/28/25 I emailed customer service and let them know that they have my correct address and asked them to please reattempt delivery. On 4/29, I received a reply stating: "Dear Customer, Thank you for your information. We have received your updated information and will arrange for re-delivery as soon as possible. Please wait patiently." So I waited, but the tracking never updated. On 5/15/25, I reached out to customer service again reminding them that they told me they were arranging for re-delivery, and to please re-deliver the item.T his was their response on 5/16/25: "Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience. We've noticed that your package has been returned to the sender's warehouse due to an extended stay in our facility. Please contact your seller if you require reshipment." I don't have a way to contact the seller and the item is sold out so I can't just order a replacement. It's definitely unethical to mark something as a wrong address just because you couldn't figure out how to deliver it the first attempt, then tell the customer you are fixing the problem only to later say, oh, too bad, too late, we didn't do what we said and now you have to take it up with the seller.

    0 Stars if I could. They are incompetent in following directions. Claimed they had no access to deliver the package to my apartment. We have 24 hour security. Nor did they attempt to call me as stated to do so. They are bad for business and there are tons of negative reviews of them over social media. I thought maybe it was just me but. I was wrong. They have/had my package of items I planned to wear for my birthday photos but, i dont think they will be here in time if I do get them.

    Never received my package. Think they stole them you cant speak with anyone they phones system is to full was out for delivery for 2 days never got delivered

    This company is a fraud it was used through my Temu order and I never received it. They will up date the package status as delivery failed while no attempts where made. Then tell you to contact the sender while the sender says contact the delivery service. A total waste of money and time.

    I am only leaving one star because you can't leave 0 stars Gofo is a complete sham of a company and courier service. I have never had a package fail to deliver so many times without sufficient reasoning. My contact information was provided yet no calls during attempted delivery were ever received. I spent more than a week trying to have this issue resolved. On 4/15/25 I spoke to a representative to reiterate that the mailboxes are not beyond an inaccessible gate and that packages were to be left at the mailboxes. The mailboxes are standard **** cul du sac style mailboxes and every other courier under the sun (to include DoorDash) has successfully delivered to them (and I order online frequently). Every question I asked the representative regarding alternative options I was met with a "that cannot be done" or "the courier said they could not get through the gate in the notes". There is no need or reason to go through the gate when the mailboxes are not beyond the gate as I tried explaining, again. I asked if I could get the package myself from whatever warehouse it was being held at and was told no. I asked if the courier could call me when they go to deliver and I could just get from them at the mailbox and was told this was not possible. I was told I had to provide another address within the same state but since I only live in one place that was not possible. And finally, the cherry on top was when I asked to speak with a supervisor and she hung up on me. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing dealing with this courier, Gofo, who due to their incompetencies said they will be returning my customized item to the manufacturer (because I'm sure anybody else could use that custom completely unique to me anniversary gift).

    They threw the package over the fence at my workplace and now the package is missing instead of delivering it to the door and they delivered on a Sunday without the proper notice their delivery stated in 2-3 days not one day after they update that is out for delivery in *********** when its scheduled for delivery in ******* and then took 3 photos one showing the package thrown over the fence and left on the ground no where near the door of the actual delivery address. Poor package handling and very poor customer service. You cant reach anyone in customer service on Sundays let alone them delivering a package to a work residence thats closed on Sundays. Will never buy from anyone using them as a shipping courier ever again.

    Horrible delivery service. Courier threw package at screen door so hard, I thought someone was breaking in. Package damaged. Filed a complaint with **** directly. After reading reviews, I am not expecting a resolution, which *****, as I purchased a unique art piece that is now destroyed. I wish I had known that this was the delivery service that the artist was using because I would have never purchased anything from the artist.
