Unfortunately a highly unprofessional & unorganized business. Breaking their own contract promises, by not supplying replacement batteries in timely manner as promised, now endangering my dogs to the highly trafficked road we live by. Reaching out to representatives they claim to have sent out batteries via mail, but can't even with clarity tell me which month they were sent. Now they are saying I have to drive two hours out of my way in the middle of my work day, if wanting the batteries that they promised to have to delivered to me at latest 10 days ago. I ended up calling the nation brand "invisible fence" turns out this company is not under the invisible fence umbrella but rather run their business independently, and sadly it shows. Being IF of the *** don't seem to have much care for their clients or their pets well being and safety I really hope the nationwide brand ban their rights to represent and sell their products.

This is, without a doubt, the most AWFUL business I've ever encountered! Here's my experience with them... the fence was installed less than three years ago and when I recently realized it wasn't working, I called them. I was told - to my astonishment that it's a $159.00 fee for a technician to come to the house. So, with great frustration, (and since I had no choice), I agreed and let them come. The technician came and within 5 mins figured out what the problem was (the power source, inside the house had it's wire's crossed and it took about a minute to fix), but then, he went outside and started digging... I thought it was bizarre and had no idea what he was doing. Two hours later, after accomplishing absolutely nothing, the fence still wasn't working, BUT, he gave me a bill for $400.00 and demanded payment right there and then. And that's not all... he told me that in order to get the fence working again, it would need to be complexity reinstalled - for an additional $1,000.00! I was flabbergasted and told him that I cannot pay the $400.00 bill before speaking to the main office. When I called later that afternoon, I had truly the most shocking and bizarre interaction with literally anyone I've ever spoken to. When asking her to explain both the $400.00 bill and the $1,000.00 estimate, she became irate and unhinged. She turned a business call into something personal and ugly - it was truly shocking and horrendous. AFTER SCREAMING THAT SHE DOESN'T WANT MY BUSINESS, she hung up on me. To add insult to injury, I tried twice to reach the corporate offices of Invisible Fence to both file a complaint and to find out how I can be reimbursed for the $1,800.00 fence that was installed less than three years ago. It's been impossible for me to reach anyone that represents the Invisible Fence brand. So, I'm screwed... do not use this business or the Invisible Fence brand!
