    We purchased our house with an existing in ground pool that had some issues. One of the issues was that it required an entire new pump and filter system. We also opted to install a heater for it as well so we could extend our season. We obtained quotes from 4 different suppliers, and Krossber was very competitive on it. Everything was ordered, and the installation went off perfectly. The following year, we purchased a used spa from them. They were very patient as we had to wait quite a long time for a contractor to pour the concrete pad for us, but once it was ready, they delivered it and set it up with no issues. There ended up being a problem with the control module that was identified with the spa, and they sourced new parts for it and had it repaired as soon as the parts came in. It has been up and running for over a year since with zero issues. They're always helpful and friendly when we go to the store for supplies, and they've been great about answering any questions we have. I highly recommend them.

    We bought our salt water pool three years ago. we are now needing to replace the walls, bottom ring and liner because of a bad rust problem. I’ve asked them to come out and inspect our pool to see why it’s rusting they wanted to charge me an additional $100.00!!! I spent thousands of dollars on a new pool and they don’t have the consideration of coming out for free to see why this pool is rusting! I do not recommend Krossber at all! They seem all about their customers at first but then they really aren’t and are money hungry! They asked me if I tested the water frequently throughout the year and we have. We will never go through them again.
