I suggest if you are BLACK or a minority to avoid this apartment complex and not move in on any circumstance. I was wrongfully evicted from river terrace apartments almost a year ago today for no clear reason at all. I was told that the landlord randomly wanted to do renovations on my apartment and that I had 60 days to leave the premises. No opportunity to have my lease extended despite the fact that I paid all my bills on time and heard no complaints from any of the tenants living in my building (Building E). They didn’t even give me an opportunity to move back in with my parents for a week or so while doing these ‘renovations’, they thought it best to kick a working BLACK man and graduate student out of the premises for no good reason; just for someone else to move into my apartment (E6) no more than a week after I moved out. These people are heartless, they do not respond accordingly when you need a service and are above all else condescending when you are trying to understand the reason behind your eviction. Now I have to pay even more to move in to a new property because this eviction stays on my credit report for YEARS! I would strongly advise against moving here as they do not care for your well being in the slightest.

It is unfortunate that you view the circumstance that took place a year ago this way. R&M Management has been in business for over 30 years of which I have managed for 17 years. This is only our second negative review.
