      One star is generous. Had tech come for a diagnostic call. In home maybe 10 minutes. Next morning got a CPS visit. Holes in the wall and floors? There is air flow by the furnace always has been for 40 years no other tech has given us any grief. Holes in walls? He walked in door directly to furnace thru kitchen. No holes in walls unless you count the holes to hang pictures. Owner and Business Manager refuse to return calls. Six (6) callls in three days. Excuses are he's busy, what do you want us to do. Well maybe they won't be busy if people avoid this business and suspect business practices.

      I have spent 2 years trying to get ANC to replace 7 pieces of siding on my house that they drilled holes incorrectly when installing. the electric to my AC unit. I have called them 17 TIMES- yes 17 TIMES and have phone records and log information to proof it. They have had ever excuse under the sun, their company credit card was was no good ordering the siding, soffit was sent vs siding, Lloyd Jr is working on it, we will call you back tomorrow and weeks go by. It’s me who has to ALWAYS contact them. Guess it way past time to go to court.
