    Not reliable, can't get them on the phone. I would not refer them to anyone.

    Dishwasher Install Chad did a thorough job installing, moving water line & hauling away old dishwasher for much less than the big box store! Very skilled, timely, courteous and efficient. Even tidied up afterwards. And it was easy to get a same week appointment. I will definitely call on them again!

    My icemaker on my ********** refrigerator suddenly stopped working. It was still under warranty, so I called ********** on 06/07/2022 and they sent repairman Chuck with Fix Rite Services to look at it on 06/13/2022. He was loud pushy and very unprofessional. He checked the saddle valve and the whole line up to the refrigerator to make sure there were no kinks or leaks. He said he would order a new icemaker. He said if he called me the next day that meant it was on backorder, and if I didn't hear from him he would call when it came in. He finally came back to install it on 07/07/2022. I did not feel well that day and dozed off and didn't hear the call. I saw it on my phone and called him back 13 minutes later. He started yelling at me for not answering when he first called and said he was almost here and I "better be here" when he got here or he was just going on to the next job. He was still yelling when he got out of his car. He was just as obnoxious and rude as he could be. At one point I was just trying to leave the kitchen to stay out of his way and he pushed the refrigerator trapping me in the doorway. When I said "stop, you're squashing me, he just snarled "so push it back." He grumbled and complained the entire time he was here. When he finally told me it was installed, I asked if it was actually working and going to make ice. His response was "maybe, maybe not." If it's not by tomorrow, its your water, and don't call me because I will charge you $70 plus labor. I mentioned it was still under warranty and he informed me water wasn't covered. I tried again, saying " you still need to make sure water is getting to the icemaker so it CAN make ice," and asked him what am I supposed to do if it doesn't. He very sarcastically said call my sister or grandmother and have them move the fridge and check the lines for me! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY ABUSE, IGNORANCE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM! MANAGEMENT WON'T RESPOND OR HELP YOU EITHER. Besides the rudeness my biggest issue is they didn't leave me any type invoice or warranty card. If anything goes wrong with the new one, I have nothing to prove when it was purchased or installed.
