    One of the worser customer service experience I've ever encountered. They leave purposely have vague rules so they can accuse you of breaking them. Once accused they refused to proved any proof of violations. They also threaten to terminate your account if you speak negativity of them regardless if it's factual. They also don't fulfill their commitment to their customers. They state that they will ship sneaker in 6 to 17 business days. I currently wait on 2 pairs, one I've been waiting for 43 business days and the other 18 business days. They blame it on supply chain but yet have the same pair of sneakers I won't over 2 months ago going back on auction 5/21/23 which doesn't make sense because how do you auction off a show that you claim you don't have to fulfill to previous winner. The concept of the app is amazing but the execution is horrible. The way they treat and threaten customer atrocious.
