    This has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with an accountant. My family has been working with David Zheng for nearly a decade. Over the years, I have witnessed multiple outbursts from him, including being called names and even cursed at—all while I was his customer. Despite this, I continued working with him out of loyalty and chose to overlook his behavior. However, recently, due to a fallout between David and a family member I introduced to him, he has stopped working on all of my projects. These are projects he had been handling for the past year, including business tax returns and other critical documents. Now, everything is at a standstill because of a dispute that does not involve me. Worse still, he is refusing to return my documents and is demanding that I resolve the situation between him and my family member—something I have no part in. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable
