      The young business contact Clark would not return messages, would not show up when promised and the workmanship was shoddy. His workers were left to do a job they were not experienced to do that was promised over and over again and they continued to not show. Also, they were unprofessional employees speaking poorly about others and heard same person above state “I’m not answering this call.” Being arrogant and acting inconvenienced When his phone rang and obviously seemed to be another disgruntled customer on other end. When they did show after begging him to get the storm door in, for months - work was done in haste, hours before the November storm hit... leaving unleveled doorframe and no storm chain and shims left in place that looks atrocious!

      The pricing is absolutely outrageous and the work promised was not completed and not done properly and highly unprofessional workers, including the lead contractor.
      I would not recommend this company you will be left frustrated and disappointed and broke.

      Just for context, this person was not the primary customer. She was not the one who contacted me originally, whom I discussed the scope of work with, or whom gave me the "ok" or down payment to order the door. There is more to this story that is not being told, and even though it is to my detriment, I'm going to be a professional and address only what was stated in the review. The situation between the primary contact and the reviewer made the entire process very difficult and delicate. I will start by saying that the reason why the job took much longer than I originally said it would was because we began looking into this job in early February when lead times on both material and labor were very short. It then took 8 weeks to receive the down payment to order the door, which brought us into the construction industry's busy season, and extended the lead time on both product and labor, plus the 8 weeks lost while waiting for the deposit. The door itself is level and installed properly. The issue is that the siding and/or cross head above it has a sag, and it becomes visible where the crosshead meets the door casing. It was never discussed or quoted to replace anything other than the door and the casings. As for the chain on the storm door; storm doors do not come standard with a wind chain and I offered to buy one and put it on at no cost, but was told not to bother. The door that was chosen was the most expensive door that the manufacturer makes. I was not the only company to bid the job, and I was told that I was $4,000 cheaper than the next quote, so to say that our pricing is outrageous is not truthful. The price was so high because of the door that was chosen. Lastly, I was not paid in full on the job, so it's essential to emphasize that I did not take money and refuse to come back.
      Regardless, we are always discovering new ways to become a better organization. The reason our company has grown so quickly is because we are always open and looking for ways to evolve, and be better today than we were the day before. I certainly learned a lot from this experience and know exactly what I will do differently next time.

      I was not in charge of paying the deposit.
      And was told different information regarding same and when paid.
      I was under impression it was handled.
      That in fact made process extremely difficult to start and despite my request to primary contact, it was ignored
      And vital information left out.
