    Stay away! ***** is a *****! He has shoddy workers at best - they are disrespectful and dismissive to women! I complained about a service repair man (he told me my thermostat wasnt reading correctly because his hands were warm!) - they told him and then sent him back to my house for another fix. I asked him to leave and instead he went back into my attic (dismissing me with a wave of his hand, saying that I dont understand the trade) and proceeded to snap my control panel on my 1-year-old unit! After much back and forth they sent someone else and after a few hours determined my thermostat (which they installed) was wired wrong and shorted out the board! I was then hit with a nasty letter and a $400 bill with no breakdown of cost for labor / parts. And in the letter, they blamed my plumber for a bad install of the thermostat!
