    I was asked to drive 20 miles on 4/27/23 to sign paperwork to take advantage of a "special month end price" ending in April. I met with sales rep and he asked me to sign the order to approve specifications. I told him I was not wearing glasses so I could not see the fine detail, but I did say "I trust you." He said, "no worries because we will do a site inspection and at the time of the inspection you can verify and sign off all the colors and options with our site inspector. " He then went on to say, "The site inspector will contact you and visit the site within a week." The sales rep had my cell number and all of my information. I called back to Sturdi Built Sheds on 5/12 because no one ever contacted me. They were rude on the phone but sent an inspector on 5/14 who told me the job wouldn't be completed in the time frame we agreed to (Memorial Day) When I spoke to the woman at the East Amherst office, she quickly found fault in everyone involved but themselves. They finally admitted they were calling the wrong number and said the person they were calling (a contractor's cell phone) didn't return their calls. In fact, the salesperson new everything about me to include having all my contact information. This group is expensive and extremely difficult to deal with. They promised me a Memorial Day delivery and much to my surprise and without a phone call I received my payment (check) in the mail; they canceled the order. This treatment on their part is costing me $100/day additional so I can have a shed made and delivered by a willing competitor however I will be 14 days late and owe $1400. Sturdi-Built Sheds were unprofessional and extremely difficult to deal with and they actually cancelled a contract without ever calling me. I was shocked to see my check returned. This is a group that I would strongly warn others to stay away from. They had all the information they needed, they made mistakes all the way through the process and never took accountability.
