    We had some bathroom tiling/remodeling work done by Andrew G** & his two partners. They replaced several rows of ceramic tiles right above the bathtub and also replaced the shower head & bathtub faucet. Andrew insisted that my husband pay him in full even before the job was actually completed. The caulking of the tiles still had to be done & Andrew’s partner also forgot to install Teflon tape around the faucet before he left. As a result, there was a big leak in the basement whenever we took a shower. They did not return to grout when Andrew said they would. And almost a week went before they said they could come back to fix the faucet, despite a couple promises to do so. Thankfully my husband’s friend had some Teflon tape & it was simple enough for him to put it on & stop the leak. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that they were also higher priced than our other estimates for the job. So be careful because Andrew G** talks a good talk, but he fails to care about the needs of the customer. He also failed to give us a discount he advertised because he said we didn’t live in one of the areas that it was offered in.
