      I called 1-800 got junk to have some debris removed from my property. They came and did a wonderful job. The men were accommodating and pleasant. However, when it came time to pay them. I wanted to pay by check, which they did not want to accept. They told me that I had to pay on a web site with a credit or debit card. I agreed to do this, but as I was going through the steps to pay them, I was forced to leave a $100. tip. This amount was the cheapest option. I could not get by this screen unless I selected a tip amount. I think this is highway robbery demanding a tip like this. Isn't the accepted method of tipping at the customer's discretion? Before I was informed of their "payment method", I had already given them each a tip. They gladly took my money with no mention of the forced tip embedded in their website. Just a word to the wise - If you call 1-800 got junk, make sure you are able to pay either by check or cash and circumvent their scam to get extra money out of you!
