    I want to make a complaint about your bus driver driving recklessly with passengers.The driver was speeding and almost ran a red light, by doing so the driver bus came over the pedestrian walkway making pedestrian having to walk in front of the bus dangerously close to the bus because of his failure of not giving pedestrian enough room to cross, someone could have been hit by oncoming traffic in the next lane. When the bus driver was told of his infraction all he did was curse and say he didn't care. His bus # was BV-0144, the bus driver a male black with ************* hair speed of after the encounter. I would like to file a complaint. Please email me a complaint form.

    Company is a joke, nothing but unprofessional rude individuals. Ive been trying for weeks to get through to a manager and I kept getting the run around. They have the operators telling me oh they not in, on vacation, and other person is in the hospital so the company is running without a manager present or available from home to speak on the telephone. Im just over the abuse my child is barely 4 and they expect me to allow them to be on the bus riding around for 2 hours. 1 no child is supposed to be riding any bus over 1 hour or 1.5 hours so they know they are wrong and dont want to fix the situation and Ive been dealing with this since the beginning of the school year. My next step is to make a complaint to the better business bureau because nothing is getting done, maybe if I get the owners attention theyll give their employees a warning that would hopefully get them to take their job more seriously

    Called and left tons of messages SINCE September and till this day NOT ONE SUPERVISIOR OR MANAGER HAS RETURNED MY PHONE CALL in regards on having my AUTISIC NON-VERBAL SON ON THE BUS FOR 2-2 1/2 hours everyday!!!!!
