      We were extremely impressed with Richard and his inspection of our home. He was very detailed, thorough and knowledgeable. He explained to us patiently and clearly what the initial results of his inspection were. His report, as stated in another comment, was very detailed and easy to understand. We now have a full and confident understanding of any issues that need to be addressed. As well, his architectural experience was of particular benefit when it came to a particular issue we were concerned with. He was friendly and courteous. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a home inspection. Definitely 5++ stars.
