  I would like to commend John of JBD Enterprise for the work he has just completed for me. He took down some trees and prepared and mulched the beds in front and side of my house, He did the work immediately, and finished it within a couple days at a very acceptable price. I also much appreciated John's kindness in putting my garbage can and recycling can out to the curb because I am elderly. This was above and beyond in my book. I have recommended him to a relative of mine and highly recommend his work ethic.

  I made a massive mistake - JBD and John were great - I didn’t realize that the tenant next door was the core problem and I went off on John - I was wrong - after seeing John’s works it’s excellent- John is here every time it snows - he’s typically here early mornings which is nice and even shovels the path for us to walk . I have been wrong several times in my life - this was a big one I feel terrible because John work ethic is great and continuously goes above what he needs to so thst said please do not pay any attention to my prior post I was taking out on John instead of neighbor causing issues John was great even after MY mistake is jumping to conclusions without asking most would not be great John was … what else can you ask for - will be looking to hire him for fence job this spring and it’s far less than other estimates which is awesome considering price of materials wages etc going up - glad I met John

  Had John remove a maple tree that came down in high winds. Because tree had fallen in neighbor's yard I needed to have tree cut and removed expeditiously. John came in with competitive pricing and was available to start removal immediately. After completion neighbor was very happy with cleanup John had done and got quote on future tree work from him. Based on the job he did with the tree removal I had John give me a quote on installing approx. 120 feet of wooden fencing. I contracted with him for post and panel installation and again he didn't disappoint from beginning to end of project. He was attentive to detail and made sure any concerns we had were addressed. I would recommend John and JBD for any backyard work you may be considering.

  We hired JBD to do a tear down and rebuild of our front porch. After dealing with the woman he contracted bringing her child and dog and trying to leave them in her truck all day in summer temperatures, I should have known it would be a disaster. The porch didn’t even make it until winter! A whole panel of railing fell off and was never fixed, all the white vinyl on the skirting started cracking and some fell off. None of the trex boards were put in correctly, railing heights not to code, step height not to code, railing lengths not to code. Trim on the vinyl posts blew away because apparently they weren’t fastened on. I have had several contractors come for an estimate to fix it and all of them have said the same thing.. everything down to the nails that were used were wrong. Will cost anywhere from $8,000 to $15,000 to tear down and rebuild. When I confronted John with the situation he replied it was not his problem because he did not do the work, it was someone he contracted with. Well, it is his business and his responsibility who he contracts out for work he doesn’t know how to do. Then he said he would replace the vinyl but never showed up and cried poverty telling me that the contractor ran away with customers money and we need to find her and sue her. He said he couldn’t afford replacement vinyl and we never heard a word after that. You get what you pay for I suppose. $5,000 down the drain because of irresponsible business practices. Beware!
