      I learned about Cazo Compass from a co-worker while going through a time of uncertainty professionally in addition to upcoming personal changes. With no previous coaching experience, I had no idea just how impactful it would be. David has provided me with the tools, insight, and accountability that I’ve needed to navigate both challenges.       Cazo Coaching has been a huge help for me over the past year. David is very professional, offers great advice and suggestions. I especially appreciate how he catered our meetings to me. He doesn't follow a one approach for all, and takes the time to get to know you so he can help you. David has helped me in many ways, I was in a job that I did not see growth, he helped me realize what my goals were and how to approach reaching them. He then guided me through the job hunt and prepping for interviews. He also helped me through the negotiation process and in the end I came out stronger and more confident. In my new job he guided me in ways to be a better leader and approach my team to excite them and motivate them.
