    Crews restored power near our home after a storm came through. The guys we were in contact with were professional, polite, and efficient. The review below is disheartening as it is the opposite of our experience we had with this company. Unfortunately, sometimes there is always one guy who ruins it for the whole.

    KR was contracted by ********* Gas & Electric to repair some damage caused by a recent storm. The first day they refused to move a truck so the mail carrier could complete a delivery. The truck had already unloaded and was just parked in the middle of the road. The driver was sitting in another truck with a coworker and didn't want to get wet during a rain shower. The mail carrier was unable to deliver medicine to a resident at the end of the street. The second day at this location the KR crew was sitting under a tree eating lunch. They policed up their water bottles and cans and disposed of them in trash containers on their trucks. They completed their job about 5:30 PM and left the area. After they left the area I walked over to look at the utility pole that was replaced. I was shocked to see the trash the crew had discarded on our street. There were several piles of pizza crust, probably 6 or 8 cigarette butts, plastic water bottle caps, an unopened water bottle and a soda can let in a neighbors yard. Don't these people realize that all that trash ends up in our waterways? I pay a fee every month to my water supplier for a Chesapeake Bay clean up program and then I see these people leaving their garbage. I put all the blame on the site supervisor. He is a representative of KR who are a sub contractor of **&E and he totally disrespected me and my neighbors by allowing his crew to trash our neighborhood. I will be filing a complaint with **&E to address this issue. I also have photographs of the trash left behind.
