This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received in my life and I haven't even had the work done yet. I called Bath Fitter to reschedule my appointment since I couldn't get out of the contract the least, I figured they could do it and reschedule me, of course, that was an issue as well. I had a date for February 10 that I wanted to move to April 10 the customer service woman "*****" told me their plumbing guy "***" who later when I called back I was told verbatim from this customer service employee "*****" that he was the manager. ***** stated that *** would give me a call and reschedule, I then received a call from *** a few hours later where he led with hostility saying that if I kept on rescheduling it would cost them money which I only have done once when I first requested the service so I do not see how it would be costing them money then or now considering there is still enough time to schedule someone else in my time slot. In the end, it became a screaming match over the phone and he hung up, of course I was now left thinking my appointment had never changed and this was my reason for calling ***** back who also in the end became so hostile because she did not want to admit we had the previous conversation and confirm the things I was mentioning here answers to my statements were "what?" "no that is not what I said" I then proceeded to state "I'm sorry I am a bit confused by the conversation" and "I am not exactly sure why you are pretending to not remember the conversation we just said", in the end, she became so hostile and proceeded to say I had an attitude with her when all I was doing is trying to confirm my appointment and also why I was being told that the conversation I had a few days ago never happened. I had to stop her from talking over me confirmed the date and just hung up the phone. This company is the most unprofessional setting I have ever dealt with they lock you into contracts and then treat you like trash.
