    Extremely Disappointing Experience with Emerald Nutraceutical February 27, 2024, I placed an order for ***** units and was instructed to send a 50% down payment via ***** and Apple Cash to ******* ****** and ****** ******. This raised concerns about whether the payments were being directed to business or personal accounts. After months of waiting, I was informed on May 3rd that my order was ready to ship after I paid the remaining balance, again via ***** to ****** ******. However, I never received a valid tracking number or Bill of Lading (BOL), and what they provided on May 13th was incomplete.On May 16th, I was informed the shipment had been damaged and would be redone as a priority. Despite this assurance, communication remained sporadic, and I was told on May 30th that the order would be completed by June 3rd and shipped the following day. When nothing materialized, I sent a formal demand letter, which was refused and returned.On June 17th, I received a video showing just three bottles, but the labels were incorrect. I was assured the labels would be corrected, but June 18th was the last time I heard from him. Weeks passed with no communication, leading me to send more demand letters and involve the Attorney General of New York, file a police report, and enlist the help of a detective from the Financial Crimes Division.I was forced to file a small claims lawsuit. The detective managed to get in touch with ******* ******, who promised shipment, but again, weeks passed without any delivery or communication.On, August 23rd, I received my order, but the labels were poorly applied No apology or explanation was offered. Without the detectives involvement, I doubt I would have received my order at all.I strongly advise against doing business with ******* ****** or Emerald Nutraceutical. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I regret not reviewing the negative feedback before engaging with them.
