T Webber Came to my house on 05/10/2023 to inspect the septic system. I was told I will be charge $129 for the inspection. I sign an authorization to have a technician do the inspection. They ask me for a credit card but they charged me $600 dollars. The technician didnt finish the inspection because it got dark. He came back the next day and he came to the conclusion that I need a new septic. They asked for $31.000 dollars. I couldnt afford it and I decided to get a second opinion but 2 years latter I received a bill of $1348.75. The same day that I received the bill I have a letter from a collection agency trying to collect $1348.75. T Webber is using my signature as I accept the service and to pay for what the technician did. Very dishonest and low from this scammers. Ill fight in court.

****** .They tried to charge me over 3 times what the other plumbers charge. Plumber .was sarcastic and they never called me back after saying they would refer me their area manager .I doubt one exists. I wanted the service charge refunded because they did nothing but make the job look like it needed a lot of work when it didn't. Bad people- stay away.

Back in March of 2023, we were in need of a new water heater. I contacted T Webber as they seemed reputable. At that time I questioned the charge for a permit to the town of Newburgh where I live. T Webber charged me $500 fir that fee. A year later I find that they never applied for a permit. After speaking to a person at the town of Newburgh I was told that no permit was issued to my address. I called T Webber. And was told that I would have a copy of the permit by next week. I called the town back and was informed that it would take longer for the permit to be issued. The bottom line if this is that T Webber never got the permit last year and still charged me $500 I was lied to by the office person ******** at T Webber And feel that I should be reimbursed fir this outlandish fee. I would never recommend this company again to anyone

********,Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have checked with our permits department and can provide the following update - we mailed permit application to the Town of Newburgh on March 15. We called the town to find out the status of the permit and they advised that they issued the permit on March 22 and would be mailing us a copy of the permit. We expect it to arrive any day. Once we get the copy of the permit, we will send it to the you and schedule an inspection with the town. Please let us know if you have any additional questions but we hope to have this resolved shortly. We apologize for the delay in getting you your permit and thank you again for making us aware of the situation.

Depends on if tech qualified. Used 2 yrs ago was happy. Used for basic furnance maintenance and was left with problems we didn't have a d job not completed. Now had oil leak because of replacing ****** said chimney needed to be checked due to high co2 levels and said vacuming( cleaning ) not included even though tech did last time, said that tech must of done for free and now would cost ****?? Had to have chimney looked at and another company come to adjust nozzle etc and will be coming back to clean furnance. This has become expensive furnance maintenance when we started with no problems. Emailed TJ Webber response was they would let main office know. Still haven't heard or rec any communication our mistake they were pd already.

We contracted with T Webber for a new heating/hot water system that was installed in August 2022. This cost us $25,000 which was a lot of money to us, but we thought it would be worth it. All seemed ok until after a few months we began waking up to no hot water. Over many months repair was done with many different explanations, replacement parts sometimes, only for us to wake up to another bout of no hot water, and the process would go on. Every time a new repairman came, he explained that what he did would be the fix. And then, it wasnt. This August, when it happened again, the best repairman was sent out and spent hours working on the system and on the phone with ****** ( the company whose product this is) and it looked like the problem was behind us. Also at this time, I sent an email to *********************, the operations manager, outlining our issue and dissatisfaction, in the hope that someone higher up would get involved . We never received a response. And now this morning we woke up to no hot water. This is a nightmare. And apparently , no hot water is not enough of an emergency, so we will not get a service call till tomorrow morning. Bottom line, we no longer have faith in T Webber to competently resolve customer issues and would not recommend them.

On 1/31/23 T. Webber came to my home to replace the well pump and the storage tank. The cost of a pump is any where from $1,600 to $2,500. They also replaced the storage tank which cost $,1000 maybe $1,500 **** Total rounding up, cost for parts should be no more than $4,000. I understand charges for installation but they charged me $9,000. Talking to other plumbers in area where I live job should not have cost near this much. They need to make good on this by giving a significant credit.
