      Since this company was acquired by Vitalshred VRN it has gown down hill so fast its making my head spin. No one there can answer any questions about our account and we‘ve been repeatedly hit with multiple extra fees and expenses. We have had duplicate charges that could not be resolved and just decided to pay them to avoid the hassle. the last straw was a $52 charge to pick up our empty bin when we canceled out account. Client satisfaction means exactly nothing to this joke of a company. Stay away. You’re better off buying your own shredder.
