Better Business Bureau investigated Cash Out Cards Pro with the initial contact on September 23, 2024, asking for the following: list of all locations both physical and remote, how long has Cash Out Cards Pro been in business, what was the date of their first transaction, why are customers are not receiving what is owed to them after submitting their gift cards to be exchanged for money, and why have complaint issues been ignored. As of October 17, 2024, Cash Out Cards Pro has not responded regarding the questions we have addressed. BBB has concerns about business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on the lack of responsiveness from the business.
